The Hub is a space for lease in downtown Minneapolis. The space is available for rent to individuals or collaborative work outside of the office. Any space is available for rent including two conference rooms, private offices, and a recording studio.The project was in collaboration with Karisa Burnett. Completed fall of 2022.
Inspiration
Design Concept
The goal of this design is to create a fun and inviting space promote productivity and foster a welcoming workplace. By putting a playful twist on the idea of a typical workplace, this spaces evokes a youthful energy that allows users to enjoy their work environment. The design encourages users to "work hard, play harder," by bringing excitement into the space through the use of bright colors an fun patterns
