In my time at the University of Wisconsin- Stevens Point, I have earned a bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture with a Business Administration minor. I have maintained a student ASID membership for 4 years and plan on continuing my membership after graduation. As President of Women’s Club Soccer for two years and Captain for 3 years, I’ve redefined my leadership, collaboration and organizational skills. I value the growth I have made as an aspiring designer and professional. I enjoy spending quality time with friends and family, especially outdoors including hiking or boating. As an avid fan of movies, (with a large collection of my own) I have watched 1,000+ movies over the course of my lifetime. My most rewarding hobby is refurbishing or restoring furniture found at second hand stores. These hobbies are profound characteristics of my design practices.

Design Philosophy
I strive to create environments that satisfy and motivate users. Evidence based design supports the decisions relevant to each project. Expanding my knowledge base in all aspects of design is a constant practice. The designed spaces should foster social interaction, provide a sense of safety, and improve mental and physical health. With a passion for human behavior, I am open to explore different design techniques to help better user experience in commercial design. My goal is to create human-centered designs interwining safety and well-being that leave a lasting impact.
